This is a monthly service in which AR Media will manage your business's social media pages.  We will develop a social media marketing plan for your company. Taking our cues from you and your goals, we'll map a strategy including what types of posts should be scheduled, what articles should we re-post (this shows you are an expert in your field) and other strategies to increase the value of your posts, to attract more clients. We will take feedback from you on what kind of posts you would like, and use our expertise to develop a posting schedule.  We will format each post for each platform.  You will always have the ability to review posts.  Every business day excluding holidays, we will check your social media platforms for any messages, comments, or other types of communication from your customers or clients. We will respond back if we can, or pass the information on to you to then respond to the customer.  This alleviates the need for you to constantly check your social media to make sure no one gets lost.

Answer: For any business to consumer company Facebook provides a free way to engage clients, manage customer interactions, increase sales, increase brand awareness, and develop devoted fans of your business. This also holds true for business to business companies as well with a few small changes. 

 

Do I need to advertise on LinkedIn?

Answer: Only if you are a business to business company and Facebook is not working for you. LinkedIn is very expensive to advertise on and not every company should do so. The people on the site are qualified leads for specific business to business entities. That is why they can charge so much. LinkedIn is best used by businesses that cater directly to other businesses and for which the normal demographics on Facebook would not work for specifically targeting new clients. 

 

How often should I post to Twitter?

Answer: There is no good answer for this. There are a lot of different and conflicting reports out there about Twitter. Some say it is dying others that it is changing. Some say post daily some say every hour. Some say it is a waste of time, others swear by it. Twitter is great as part of a social media sales funnel as it gives you a wide range of hashtags to use to reach new sectors of your audience. But you are limited to 140 characters, so you should ultimately use Twitter to drive people to your Facebook, LinkedIn, or website. 

 

How would you set up my social media sales funnel?

Answer: We hinted at that just now. Twitter works great to capture new people and introduce them to your product or service. Facebook does much of the same thing. But unlike Twitter you can say more on Facebook, so you can grow that initial interest into something more. The ultimate goal is to get people to purchase either on your site, or another platform.
